Modification and performance evaluation of the NCAM motorized coconut dehusking machine

چکیده
NCAM motorized coconut dehusking machine was tested for its performance. The objective of the test is to optimize performance machine. Different sizes fruits were fed into and time taken each fruit be dehusked noted. A total number 60 matured Badagry coconuts from Lagos State, Nigeria with evaluation shows that efficiency 90.1% while average capacity 122 per hour. percentage distorted broken 10% 0% respectively. Hence, suitable recommended small, medium large scale processors.
